    Welcome to the obsession, hang on to your wallet now, especially around here. Everybody's got a new gadget to get for the egg and they all look good.  Your wife is a peach, but she may have opened Pandora's Box.

    Nice job on the ribs, they look great.

    @jpakma - I'm curious...is you kitchen counter granite or Quartz?  Looks mighty similar to my Quartz. I also have white subway tile backsplash. Had to do a double take when I saw your pics. 
    Nice looking ribs, by the way.
