I did not want to hijack and clog brother Huskers Meat Glue thread with these photos. Here are just some of the many types of pneumatic and mechanical harvesters, cutters and splitters that are used in the modern processing facility's that you inquired about. They are not robotic if you will. But they are mechanized. Some of them will cut more meat in 1 minute than a man with a knife can cut in a hour. The following is just the tip of the iceberg.
