Appetizers for two

The wife and I are spending New Years home alone this year. 

Decided to make a pile of appetizers. 

Had ad some leftover prime rib and mashed potatoes from Xmas dinner. 
Ground the prime rib mixed with mashed potatoes, one egg and Panko bread crumbs, deep fried for 3 minutes. Came out tasty, but some of them started to fall apart, should have added another egg and more bread crumbs. Cooked some wangs, bacon wrapped chicken bites mini egg rolls and tried are hand at @SGH pork cheesy apps. They were outstanding!Definately made more than we could eat. But some good grub!

    @SGH your app was definately the highlight! I was tempted to put some sauce on them but resisted, as you said in your post totally unnecessary! They are my new favorite App!!
