No egg used because of nasty rainy weather for the last 2 days but I think the sun will shine tomorrow,hopefully.
Chicken thighs,onion,celery,cumin,oregano,thyme,kale,sweet potatoes,jalapeño and chicken stock. Really good and very easy to make

I used to egg in the rain. Now, hot, cold, wind and snow are fine. The only way I'll cook in the rain is if I get caught in an unexpected downpour.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
