Chicken,Kale and Sweet Potato Soup - OT

No egg used because of nasty rainy weather for the last 2 days but I think the sun will shine tomorrow,hopefully.  

Chicken thighs,onion,celery,cumin,oregano,thyme,kale,sweet potatoes,jalapeño and chicken stock. Really good and very easy to make

    Diamond shaped cups are extremely hard to find this time of year.  Lol.  Next time I'll turn the handle to 8 o'clock and maybe that will help with the visual.

    That looks terrific!! Will have to try it. 

    I used to egg in the rain. Now, hot, cold, wind and snow are fine. The only way I'll cook in the rain is if I get caught in an unexpected downpour. 

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
