Ribs and Scalloped Potatoes

Tonight I cooked some baby back ribs and scalloped potatoes.
I tried a new rub on the ribs Texas BBQ Original Rub and the ribs came out great.

It was my first try with the rub but it definitely a keeper. I will put it on a little thicker next time. -
