Manly snack
The smoked cheese I made on Dec 1st is just about right. Currently pairing it with Smoked Venison Sausage w/ cheese and jalapeños. I didn't make the sausage... processor did that. Good stuff... gotta pace myself though. Can't eat too much cheese at my ripe old age of 34. My regularity is too important.
