today felt like a wing day. So I got some wings, rubbed them with a Memphis dry rub. Set the grill indirect at 375 with some hickory chunks. Basted with sauce at the end and kept hem on the grill until they got sticky. My 7 year old said "they rock", so I guess I will chalk this one up as a win. Enjoy your Sunday.
