The Lifter and The Black and White Smokeware Temperature Gauge

Checked the temp gauge in boiling water 212*

The Lifter is great for a Hot platesetter.

Ready put the cedar plank with Salmon.

Two peaces of fresh Atlantic Salmon seasoned with lemon, Raging River, Chipotle Rub,
and Dill Weed. On White Wine soaked and buttered Cedar Plank.

On the Egg @400*

Resting for 10 min. after a 20 min. grill. I love them both I highly recommend them both!

Never seen their lifter before. Pretty neat and compact.
I really like their temp guages.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

The lifter works great. I did an amateur review of some various lifters back in November. I believe it was the only one I have used that is designed for the XL. The claw and Ott plate setter lifter tools are really great, but limited to the Large. If you have an XL, this ones a nice little helping hand.

Thanks Ozzie, I really like them!Ozzie_Isaac said:Never seen their lifter before. Pretty neat and compact.

Truth be told, it is the culture of constant improvement that separates the BGE from other similar brands. Either in house or aftermarket, there are tons of great minds working on incremental improvement to the lifestyle and experience. This forum is another example. I've been eyeing the lifter. Even with welding gloves, pulling a hot plate setter is a dicey affair.Living the good life smoking and joking

Very nice.

Exactly, this gives you a buffer zone so you don't need to rush. +1SmokingPiney said:I've been eyeing the lifter. Even with welding gloves, pulling a hot plate setter is a dicey affair. -
