As Christmas quickly approaches the joy of IKEA style presents dance in my head like a sledge hammer to the temple.
What do you anticipate assembling for your family or yourself? I already know I'll be supervising a couple of assemblies on Christmas. I'm excited for it.

Here's my fun project of the day.
Manufacturer sent everything but, the support bracket for repairs.  Awesome :anguished:

Square stock will get bolted and glycol water jackets will be plumber strapped Monday.

This was an interesting project. Hopefully it holds 200-300 micron on both circuits over the weekend.

what does "holds 200-300 micron on both circuits" mean?

@blind99 It's a pretty techy unit. Can be fully monitored on an APP. Refrigerant system is put on a vacuum to ensure no non-condensables are in the system. Vacuum is measured in mmHg or Pa and an inline micrometer gives a more precise measurement to a tech using microns. If it holds at 200-300 micron it tells us there are no leaks and non-condensables in theory have been removed from the oil etc. Each circuit meaning the unit has 3 compressor/refrigerant circuits...Each separate from one another. Unit weighs roughly 800#-1,000#

Nah. At the end of the day it's just a soft serve ice cream & shake combo unit. I'm not a fan of this particular manufacturer so far.
Did 15-20 ElectroFreeze unit's communication set-up at EverBank Stadium that do the same thing only better and they're made beefier (about 400#-500# heavier in fact). But, again...it's just ice cream.

Brother Husker, I have always enjoyed assembling the toys for the kids and grand kids. I'm just hoping that I don't pass out naked on the toilet again. My wife still acts a fool about that every now and then. Brought it up a while ago when I broke out the Jack Daniels.
