Thursday Night Burgers

Since my first cook Sunday, I've cooked on the egg every night except for last night.  Tonight's burger cook came out awesome!  85/15 beef from the local Whole Foods.  S&P on each side right before it went on the grill.  300 for about 25 minutes flipping once.  Might be the juiciest burger I've ever had.  SWMBO agreed.  And yes, I love me some meat.
