we both wanted steak for supper....

... so, off to Costco to see what we could find. And this is what we found.
This was marked and priced as Choice. Bought because of the spinals muscle (my favorite) and marbling was really nice.
Here is the cook. This was one of the best cuts we have ever purchased from Costco.
