Mini Ribs with new iGrill Mini (pics)

Got the iGrill Mini as an early Christmas gift from my cousin. Wanted ribs for dinner and decided to use the Mini egg for the job. Got the iGrill monitoring the egg temp. Pretty cool little device. More pics to follow!

Thanks! So far I like it - very easy to use. I just took the ribs off and put them in foil with some butter and light brown sugar. They should be good to go in about 1 hour. I'll try and post a completed pic, but they smell delicious so far. I'm also using a dry rub that one of my friends gave me. It's his grandfather's recipe.SGH said:Congrats on the new Igrill.
