Holiday Cooking

I am looking for ideas for my Christmas cook.  We do appetizers each year.  Lat year was my first year with an egg and I did wings and pig shots.  The pig shots were great as a unique appetizer no one had before.  I am back looking for another idea from you guys.  What do you guys got?

I don't know if this appeals to you or not, but as a change of pace I have started making my version of skirt steak pinwheels as appetizers. To say that they are spectacular is a understatement. They are also cheap and easy to make. The only problem that I have with them is a true heavyweight eater has to eat 10-15 of them. I know this because my wife is a big eater. If it sounds like something that you are interested in trying, I will gladly share the recipe and technique my friend.

Buffalo chicken dip is delicious. You could make it with some egg-smoked chicken.

Do you have a good recipe for this?  I have had it once and liked it.  I know someone is bringing it Christmas Eve already BUT we will be hosting New Years Eve so I may give it a shot then.

I was going to make a pretty good joke here. But with all of the latest buffalo strikes, I will quietly slink away..........
