Four small 3/4 inch NY strips rubbed with DP Cow Lick then seared at 600 In the CI for 90 seconds a side and flipped twice each for a total of 6 minutes to 130 then foiled and rested for 10 minutes and ended up at 135/138.
tasted great and very easy!

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

I worked in Casper Wyoming Sat. Night and flew from Casper to Denver then Denver to Detroit than drove 100 miles home arriving at 6:30 PM Sunday to be informed that friends were coming over at 7:00 PM for a 7:30 dinner which included bake potato, green beans and salad. I have never been good at plated pics. I generally post so I can review later.
