Now I am certain many of you have your top seceret ingrediates, but I am an open book on this one......

It all starts with Tito's vodka as you all know.
To Zing Zang Bloody mix I add the following:
  • Couple healthy dashes of Worcestershire Sauce (L&P only)
  • A couple of healthy dashes of A1 Steak Sauce
  • A liberal shake or three of Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Horesraddish - as much as you can stand (for me, I can eat it straight)
  • A dash of Tabasco Sauce (in honor of Nola's return)
  • A dash of "Talk of Texas" crisp Okra Pickles juice
I shake but most say a Bloody should be stirred (coloring outside the lines again)
  • Rim with Bacon Rim shot spiced salt
  • Garnish with one or more Taste Of Texas pickled okra, slice of bacon and a cooked shrimp. I like a parched asparagus also if available.
It is an absolute stunning afternoon in the midlands of South Carolina (77 degrees) and da wif is out of town. Shown garnished with okra......and prepared for travel to pick me up a nice steak for din din. Ya'll be cool. Listening to some Dylan with some Dire Straits and some Allman Brothers on deck.

I did do a instant prize winner on the 9th over on KamadoGuru forum. Not for a table or Tito's. Gave this away to first person that sent message. Might do if here if I can get it past the powers.

Sure I do. What does a bottle of Tito's go for in your area. I paid 14.99 last weekend.

About 1/5 or 1/6 depending on the day. It's an eyeball thing for me.

@northGAcock   That sounds terrific - thanks for sharing.  I think I'll be making a grocery run today for the ingredients.

Have you ever tried smoked ice cubes?  When I cold smoke, I include a pan of water and then make ice cubes out of it.  I make Caesars (Canadian version of Bloody Mary).  They took my Caesars over the top.  Probably be great in a Bloody Mary as well.

I have never done this...or a cold smoke for that matter. Willing to give her a go.

I do love a nice bloody mary and Zing Zang is my goto!  Nice add-ons.

They are best when someone else makes them for you.  Even those crappy bloody mary's you get on an airplane taste good because I'm not making it.

Yeah, don't let the availability of it fool you into thinking it is another mass produced sub-par bloody mix.  It's solid stuff!

@northGAcock   i'm heading out for ingredients in a bit, and have a question about the horseradish.  Are you using the pulverized stuff in the jar, or fresh?
