Pork burnt ends questions

Cooking a pork shoulder for dinner. Can burnt ends be done at turbo temps? If yes, is the procedure the same as for lower temp cooks? Also, they can be done without sauce, correct?
LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI. :glasses:  B)
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard...

    Yes, yes and yes. However at turbo temps if you chose to go with no sauce, if you don't time them perfect they may be a little to crunchy for your liking. Some type of sauce is what makes the pork burnt ends so good. Without it, it's just basically over cooked pork chunks. But can you do it? Certainly.
