Passion fruit jalepeno country style ribs.

I am slow cooking (300 indirect) with apple wood some country style pork ribs (bone in). I am just going to let them run until cooked then pull and cube, then lather them with something I found in the pantry "passion fruit jalepeno jelly". Back onto the egg hopefully to get happy.. I plan to cook some onions with butter and serve with a heirloom tomato.. Pics to follow.
