Couldn't be happier
Picked up a Thermopen Mk4 on the CyberMonday deal. Have been using cheap thermometers for some time, now I understand why the money is worth it.

No kids tonight so I picke up some 1.5 inch t-bones to try out the new Thermopen. Cooked raised till 115 then ramped up the heat and seared on the cast iron half moon. This is the only picture!
