OT - Whats the Best Way to Gift SRF Steaks?

What would be the best way to gift 2 SRF Gold Ribeyes to a some friends?  What I'm really asking is - do they come frozen and I could have them shipped to my house and take them over frozen at some point in the future?  Or should I figure out a date when they will plan to cook them and have them shipped directly to them a few days ahead of the cook?   Does it matter?

    Yes, they come frozen.

    I've been given a SRF gift certificate before (electronically) and that worked well.

    I go with standard shipping and everything arrives in 2 days, frozen solid.  Don't know standard ship to SA but I'm sure they will let you know.  I don't think it matters but you might as well have it all shipped to your house and then you can plus up the items and enjoy some yourself.
    Easy for me to help you spend your $$ but give it some thought.  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    @SRFShane, thanks for the link and making me aware of the gift items.  I just ordered one of your cyber Monday packages plus a couple of 10 oz ribeyes to be sent to my friend for his birthday.  I'm sure he'll have several great dinners as a result.
