Repurposed Thanksgiving Turkey

I was thinking of new ways to reuse our leftover turkey and thought a turkey pot pie would be nice.  Didn't have time to use the Egg so I used our oven.  Doesn't happen much anymore, though.  I bought a premade pie crust and a bag of frozen vegetables and2 cans of cream of chicken soup.  Mixed veggies, soup and 1/2 pound of turkey together.  Placed one of the pie crust in the bottom, poured in mixture, placed top crust on, cut slits in top and buttered the top.  Baked at 375 for an hour.  Pulled out and let set up for 45 minutes or so.  This is one of the best pot pies have ever eaten.  If I had done it on the egg it may have even been better.  Very easy to do.

Man that looks amazing.  Now I'm actually sad we finally polished off all that leftover turkey.  What brand of pie crust did you use?

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Looks so much better than the frozen pies I grew up with.

Pillsbury.   It was either that or a generic version,  but I like Pillsbury products.  Now I can't wait tell to eat the rest of it and have some more turkey i need to figure out how to repurpose another way.  I'm not supposed to have a lot of carbs, but turkey enchiladas sound good or maybe turkey stir fry.
