Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast
9 lb. bone in Turkey Breast with a bacon sweater. 4 1/2 hours at 250F with 30 minutes rest. Came out great!

I did brine for 12 hours...I used McCormicks Maple Bacon seasoning under bacon. Nothing better than a bacon sweater over breasts!

@Nicholas_Wetton i cheated and bought a brine kit that they were selling at Martins here in VA. I was mostly kosher salt and spices like most store bought ones.

From someone who hates turkey breast: What time is dinner?????Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
