Dino bones, football and booze
Title says it all. Ribs moving along, great day of football, and starting off with some whiskey sours. Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend.

And done.
First one was awesome. Will try to grab some cut shots of these later, the overrun messing with the bar plans.

Turned out fantastic. Reheated in the oven covered to kind of steam them. Made sandwiches with ciabatta sliders with creamy horseradish and BBQ. Going to do some pizzas with the last rib sometime this week.
On a side note, I was certain that cutting up the slab into individual ribs would speed up the cooking time. That definitely didn't happen, they actually took longer. Pretty much ran the same temp as the previous cook with the uncut slab. Just a heads up for anyone with the same thinking.

@Byrne092 How long did those dinos end up taking you? I planned for 4-5 hours the first time I made them, but they weren't ready until 8.5-9 hrs into the cook.Denver, CO

@Mantoothian your cooking time was right in line with mine. I've only cooked the dino bones twice and the uncut slab took a little over 7 and the cut ones took right around 8.XL, Medium BGE & Blackstone I XAR-Woo2 & Rig-BO I Flameboss 500St. Louis, MO
