Spicy chicken balls

The kids turn their nose up at meatloaf, so meatballs are ok?  Anyway, had a pound of ground chicken for one of the wife's recipes, but lacking the other ingredients. Threw a little butter in a pan, some garlic, some hot sauce. Mixed with bread crumbs, an egg and chicken. Stuffed with some really stinky bleu cheese crumbles.  Used remaining cheese as topping. 

Glazed with some reserved sauce last 10 or so. 

No egg pics as it was raining like a mutha scratcher.

Thought maybe you were cooking Georgia Mountain Oysters when reading the title.  Interesting idea ... what did they taste like?

Mac and cheese ... made with shells ... looks good.

@Jeepster47 they were pretty spicy. The ground chicken is really mushy, so the texture was kinda lackluster. Deep fried would be better I think. 

Velveeta shells and cheese, straight outta the box.

When I saw the title "Chicken Balls" I was very skeptical about clicking on. However curiosity  finally got the best of me (it usually does). With that said, great looking grub my friend. Solid job.
