SRF Delivery has arrived

Just wanted to report on my SRF Delivery, I ordered 3 pork collars and a package of bacon that shipped on Monday Nov 16th and arrived today Nov 18th frozen solid and so was the dry ice. I can't wait to cook a couple of them. Not sure if I am going to do pulled pork or slice it thin and grill it hot and fast. Pictures this weekend!

Those look fantastic ( how big we're those steaks?) I am going to do pulled pork with 2 of them this Saturday they are 4 pounds each and I plan a 225/250 indirect smoke/cook and I am brining them. Going to offer them as Pulled Pork Natchos/Taco's and Sammies for the MSU/Ohio State game.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE
