My boys 3 & 6 want an egg to cook on for Christmas. Lol. I might have to settle for a Weber.

    Buy an XL for the 6yo and a minimax for the 3yo. Test them out to make sure they work right until the kids come of age :)

    Two words. Lifetime. Warranty. A helluva deal for a three and six year old in the long run. 
    You make a great point above brother Double. At their age, they would certainly get more mileage out of the warranty than those of us who bought them much later in life.

    They are never to young to start exposing them to cooking. While she can't run it on her own yet, my granddaughter can bring the big units online by herself. She hasn't got temp control down yet. But I'm working on it. I say buy them a egg my friend.
