Baby back ribs...

This week baby back ribs are on sale so I cooked some for dinner.
I rubbed the ribs in Smokin Guns Mild rub and used one chunk of sugar maple and some coffee wood chunks for smoke. I cooked the ribs indirect at 225f.

I basted the ribs with some BBQ sauce till perfectly cooked.

I plated with some mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.

Beautiful ribs! Coffee wood, tell me more please! Smoke profile, sourcing... Sorry to be ignorant. Thanks.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

@bgebrent Coffee wood is new to me. A small package was sent to me from a friend. The taste is not as strong as you would think. I have only used a two times so far and I only use very little at one time to stretch it out so I'm still getting to know the flavor.
I believe there is a company that sells it in the USA and they don't ship to Canada unlucky me. My friend didn't order from here but they carry it http://www.pyrotubo.com/Tico.html. -
Thank you @Tinyfish! Love your posts? Coffee wood, how cool?Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

@Tinyfish
Just curious my friend, whats the longest burn time you have seen in the KK's. My guess is due to the thicker ceramics it would be in the 30+ hour arena.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
