Just meat and fork!

Supper last night was a front seared Iowa Chop at 700 and then roasted indirect at 400 until 150. Dusted with Cluck and Squeal. The wife did make garlic bread and steamed veggies for the kids. Garlic Alfredo spatchcock chicken tonight.
