    Man that looks good,......rememinicing for a moment. My absolute favorite sandwhich. There is a reasturant in Atlanta (Joey D's Oak Room) that does an a fresh roasted cornbeef daily (9 ounces) served open faced with a killer kraut and swiss cheese. Served with only a whole dill pickel. Damn I might have to drive over and get me one soon. Of course some Boars Head ingredants would land a great substtute.

  • There used to be a deli in north San Diego County that had a variation of the Reuben called a Miami Nosh. They substituted cole slaw for the kraut, and it was really fantastic!
