OT Chicken jerky?

Has anyone make jerky from strips of chicken breast in a dehydrator?   Can it be done safely? Is it any good?   Thanks!

    We have made turkey jerky before. Never tried chicken, but yes, it can be done and is perfectly safe. I didn't really care for the turkey jerky though. Just not my cup of tea. But yes, chicken jerky is perfectly safe.
