@HeavyG - nice.  When we run low, I'll give that a shot.  I have a big commercial dehydrator with 10 SS shelves.

I'm of the opinion putting salt with any other single spice limits you in being creative because you can over-salt your food.  I know it's a hardship to lift two, rather than one jars of spice, but we never buy onion salt, garlic salt, celery salt or anything like that.

Yep, celery salt is my only one.  I once had garlic bread that someone made using garlic salt - but put it on like it was garlic powder.  Inedible.  Bad enough she didn't grab the fresh garlic.
    Love you bro!

It ain't cumin and garlic salt
Nothing says "I don't know how to cook" more than having garlic salt in your pantry.  Great for seasoning weight watchers TV dinners, but superseded in usefulness by having salt and garlic (in any of its many forms) separately.

Now celery seed, that is an essential.

Municipal water systems are required by law to post annual water quality reports. I'm surprised excessive lead levels in the water were not noticed.

    Edit:

After actually reading the linked article (and not just glancing at the headline) and looking up the Flint annual water quality report it appears the lead problem is primarily due to the water chemistry interacting aggressively with old house plumbing which used lead solder and fittings. Older brass plumbing fixtures also used to contain more lead in the alloy. A not uncommon problem for many water systems with older housing.
