Mini went rving

We went rving for a week. Took the small and the mini. Wanted to see what the mini could do. I'm impressed. We did eggs in a cast iron pan. Warmed up fajita shells and a whole bunch more. This little guy is an awesome addition to our egg family.

    Nice looking cooks right there. For me, the Mini is the go-to breakfast cooker. Slick lil guy.

    Ron, look at the hinges. That's an actual Mini. That's pretty cool how everything is to scale to make it look bigger than what it is.

    I have had a Mini for I think 7 years and it gets a lot of use here at the house, I call it my lean mean grilling machine. It's just the wife and I so it's perfect for us. One of our usual cooks is two sweet taters baked indirect and when they are done the steaks go on. We got a small/nest for the Motor Home. :)

    I'm only hungry when I'm awake!
