Super loaded with, chicken drums, pork rib, calamari, baby octopus, Spanish Chorizo, blended onion and tomato, diced green bell pepper, and rice. For liquids I used Chicken broth, shrimp broth, and some sea shell broth(don't know translation). For the looks I used Large shrimp, Half baby Artichokes, long stripes of Red Bell Pepper.

It was Gooooooood!!

I went to the store for bomba rice yesterday, had a hankering for paella. Couldn't find it! Ate leftovers.

@nolaegghead - you may want to give Arborio rice a go if you can't find Bomba. Works for me but I don't have refined paella rice palate

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
