Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

@Bayarad I follow a recipe from Raichen's BBQ Bible. Cooked duck indirect at 400 grate and let rest about 20 minutes before carving. We love this recipe and do it a couple of times a year. Great dish to do on the Egg.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
