OT- Steak n Cheese sammiches on the Griddle

I bought ribeye on sale at Kroger for about $6 a lb not long ago.  I cut it into steaks, vac sealed, and froze.  Took a couple of steaks out and thawed in cold water for just a few minutes so they were still mostly frozen.  I used the dexter roast slicing knife (the cazzy brisket knife) to slice them thin.   I put the slices in a container and used just a little of this marinade and shook up the container to coat.   French roll hamburger buns from Publix and cheap white american cheese.  Legit!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
