Depending on what kind of hot sauce you use it adds a little tang to it. If I wasn't watching the kids I probably would have grilled them again after saucing. Just naked @DMW this was kind of a spur of the moment thing. The kids were actually behaving themselves in the basement which allowed me to start the grill and get it going. The parm was kind of last minute audible. Was just going to do wings in Franks sauce with a little butter.I raise my kids, cook and golf.
