Austin Egghead said:We made this tonight. It is a keeper. The only change, we left out the cilantro. Neither on of us are all that fond of the herb. Didn't use all the sauce on the chicken, used it to sauce the tater tots too. Wow Kristi you did good. Going to use this on the next pork tenderloin.
Austin Egghead -- Thank you so much! I think this will be really good on a pork tenderloin! Please let me know what you think.I'm Kristi ~ Live in FL ~ BGE since 2003.

@NecessaryIndulg I am going to be making these tomorrow for the game and I had a quick question. Is it both lemon and lime juice or either or, and if so, which did you prefer? Thanks again for the recipe and I can't wait to make them.Midland, TX XLBGE

I made these while my 21-year-old 6'2" grandson was here, and we ate all 2-1/2 lbs. of wings between us. He is a veritable food machine. Then he said, "Let's save the sauce for something else," so I have a pork tenderloin defrosting that's gonna be terrific.Thank you, Kristi!Judy in San Diego

Sauced two egged pork tenderloins. We ate one and then let the other one and the sauce mingle together overnight. The second tenderloin absorbed more of the sauce and the flavors and made for a very tasty pork sammie. Keeper.
BTW Kisti, with slight modification, the sauce makes and awesome chipotle crema. We served that over the chorizo quiche...Winner!Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx -

@NecessaryIndulg I found that brussel sprout recipe on your site - gonna try it.
I also looked at your Instagram page. You should really try and leave the house once in a while! I mean, go somewhere, do something, lol.

@pjs883: Regarding my previous comment to you, I just saw that the forum failed to post everything I wrote before I linked to your name. Sorry about that... it was a lot about how fabulous those wings look! I am glad you guys like the Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, too. My husband thought he hated BS until I caramelized them in bacon grease.I'm Kristi ~ Live in FL ~ BGE since 2003.

I am going to make these this weekend. I am addicted to wings using Raging River and a tamarind glaze, but like you I eat these every week so I am going to start mixing it up. Quick question, though: I have regular chili powder, ancho chili powder, and chipotle chili powder. Any thoughts on which to use for the dusting? I was thinking of doubling up on the chipotle.Toronto ON
