Really Simple Supper

Threw a bone-in breast and 2 bone-in thighs on the mini with some cherry smoke 

Then chopped 'em up and turned 'em into chicken salad. 

Served on a lettuce bed with some egg and hot sauce on-top


Not bad for an easy Tues night meal. Thanks for looking.

I've been impressed since I got mine. I know the new MM is all the rage (and probably rightfully so), but the mini can put out some killer meals as you've shown us!

@Mattman3969 great idea, looks good. Do you go with bone in for flavor or moisture purposes? I haven't done much bone in chicken

I think you get more flavor from bone in. Moisture has never really been an issue whether bone in or not if cooked to temp.  If I'm in a hurry I go boneless and a little heavier on the rub.
