Introducing Blues Hog charcoal! I ran across it when skimming their website. I wonder if it's rebranded from another charcoal company and who? I'd imagine it would. I thought I'd pass along the info.....

Interesting. Last I knew was that Bill Arnold who co-created the Blues Hog sauce there in the tiny (less than 900 population) burg of Perry, MO sold the recipe and rights - BUT I may be wrong. Just the same now adding lump charcoal sort of tells me there are larger interests involved!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

Just went to order a bag it's $24 for 18lbs plus shipping. Hopefully someone local picks it up to try maybe a little cheaper.

If it is RW, I wouldn't expect StL to confirm, I think he made comments in the past that not all of his production ends up as RW, but he never expanded on that. To me, that's his business and could even have contractual reasons to not share that info.
