    Wish that we had a Costco in our area. I like to have several places to chose from. But atlas, only have a SAMs.

    Not sure I have ever seen brisket that cheap. Certainly not for Prime. A Costco is supposed to open in my area soon. Hopefully that will bring better pricing to my area!

    Nice grab @dlk7. They've been stocked regularly for the last couple of months at the Middleton location. I picked up a ~17# on Saturday for the same price. I've started keeping on in the freezer regularly because I'm guessing that's not going to last forever.

    I'm going to have to speak with the meat cutters at our Costco.  They carry only a few cuts of prime beef and they don't carry any briskets other than some flats that they trim too much and charge high prices on them.
