Salmon

Haven't posted in a while.  Frankly not interested or inspired even though I have been Egging.  Here is a salmon filet rubbed with coconut lime and done until the fat started to come out.  With salmon that is my marker.  Is meant to be chilled for salads, but was pretty darned good and I grazed on it a bit. 

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
