Beer Can Burgers

All I can say is that these were very successful.  I used onion and yellow pepper for the filling and then black-sticks blue cheese and a strong cheddar topper.  I used a handful of hickory chips to smoke them.  They were MIGHTY!

Very nice.  Do you eat yours on a bun?  We've started to eat them as is with sides (no bun).

I served these on a bun mainly so Mrs Wigan would be horrified as I tried to eat it.  She ate hers with a knife and fork.  She is much more civilised than me
