Tired of turkey...

Finally ready for some red meat!  Had a 2" t-bone in the freezer and after last nights turkey we were ready for some red meat.  Chose to sear with multiple turns rather than caveman just to compare.  Steak was outstanding but caveman has better flavor.  Finished with garlic butter, of course.  Hash browns and salad made it complete.

    Great looking steak brother. As much as i love smoked turkey, I will take a good steak over turkey everyday of the week.

    Well thats some mighty fine looking cow meat.  Have you been on some sort of turkey turkey kick recently?
