Burgers & Dogs on the Mini

Granddaughter requested burgers & hot dogs. 2 burgers had cheddar & one habanero cheese 


For some reason my best burgers have come off the mini

Just finished my first cook on my new mini, had sausages done in a small cast iron for the break in cook. Tonight its burgers for our house too. Can't wait, someone on here said direct at 500 for 2.5 per side, So we going to go with that and see. Can't wait. Yours looks very tasty, nice job.

That's awesome, so do you light your coal in a chimney and just dump it in? This would be ideal for me during the week, I usually turn to gas for quick cooks.
