Beef ribs on the small

Did a rack of beef ribs for some family that was going to meet up with us in the motorhome. I'm obsessed with these now that I found a good consistent supply for a fair price.

Grim, due to working nightshift, I missed this when you first posted it. However I have seen it now. WOW!! Simply awesome brother. The ribs look fantastic. As you already know, beef ribs are one of my favorites. Keep on cooking and enjoy that new motor home my friend.

I seldom find a single rib enough for me. That said, I think that changes with those. Nice looking meat / cook all around right there.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
