'Relatively' healthy tailgate food ideas?

We're going to the Bama/Ole Miss game this Saturday. My wife has challenged me to make some foods that are relatively healthy (quote: "I don't necessarily mean I want carrot sticks, but something healthier than cheeseburgers"). Any ideas guys and gals?
Thanks

You could do some chicken kebobs or satay.
I noticed Publix had chicken tenderloins and or cutlets on sale so I was actually thinking of trying something like this one:

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Do all your favorite ground beef recipes with ground turkey or chicken.
Personally, I really like chicken sausageXL & MM BGE, 36" Blackstone - Newport News, VA -
I do a spinach and artichoke stuffed baby portabella smoked mushroom that is pretty good. You could grill BBQ Shrimp on skewers. My grocery store carries a variety of chicken sausage links.

Good luck with that. My healthy rules go out the window for tailgating. This past Saturday at the Richmond NASCAR tailgate, I grilled burgers, with a slice of grilled Spam, and a fried egg, with double cheese, on an onion bun. It was so good and so bad at the same time.

Make wraps w. thin sliced turkey breast, provolone, maybe a few slivers of banana pepper and/or onion, a dab of vinegar and oil dressing. For the extra calorie conscious, wrap w. whole lettuce leaves instead of thin breads.

shrimp stuffed with horseradish wrapped in prosciutto. prosciutto sounds healthier than bacon
cubes of tuna and pineapple on skewers seared hard.
if you can find them grilled oyster mushrooms, cook til edges get crispy

Grilled baguette topped with fig spread, thin sliced Serrano ham and shaved manchego.
I also like doing tacos, marinated steak or chicken with avocado and salsa. -
One of my all time favorite tailgate items....Shrimp Taco's with Poblano-Avocado Salsa- You roast fresh corn, green onions and poblano peppers for the salsa....and assemble with other ingredients. The shrimp can be marinated ahead of time. PM me your email address if interested in the recipe / cooking instructions.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

Bring a pint of alfalfa sprouts and a coconut water. OR here is a slightly different idea. fruit and cheese plate with some lean cured meats like Prosciutto or Country ham. Grilled chicken on a good salad with hard boiled egg. Little EVOO and some good vinegar instead of ranch. Grilled Pork loin sandwich with mustard--no sauce mayo etc. make slaw but use a vinegar base instead of mayoColumbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Keep that pimp hand strong brother and tell her otherwise! Items WILL be stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon.------------------------------

Kabobs w/ shrimp and or chicken - grilled corn - grilled pineapple. Grilled zucchini sticks - grilled okra drizzled with olive oil - stuffed mushrooms - use goat cheese and as Tarheel Matt said - stuffed w/ cream cheese and wrapped with bacon!!! Although it isn't the ideal temps this time of year - do a vegetarian chili - of course you can always grill some salmon !!!
But seriously - what's the point of tailgating if you have to eat healthy!!!

Raichlen's "Tokyo-Style Grilled Chicken Dumplings" are relatively healthy and pretty good! You could always add prosciutto or something else in lieu of the bacon.
