Thanks for the comments. They were delicious. Rubbed with EVOO and DP Dizzy Dust. Added 3-4 chunks of Jack Daniels Oak to the lump. Cooked raised indirect at 250* for 5 hours , spraying 50/50 apple cider/apple juice every 1.5 hours. Done when "buttah" tender and passes bend test.GeorgePalm Beach Gardens, Fl and Blairsville, Ga.

Great cook right there. Beat their pork cousins every time.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
