I smoked some thick cut peppered bacon at 250° indierct with a chunk of Apple for 40 minutes, I then toasted some Italian bread and added the mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. I love to cook bacon on the BGE. Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE

I don't know, but I've just never been able to enjoy a BLT, always seemed like it was just toppings for a burger without the burger.
