OT - Yeti getting bigger tumbler with handle

I heard from a Yeti dealer that Yeti is getting ready to release a bigger tumbler similar to a Bubba Gulp size rambler with a handle!

Anyone else heard about this?

I haven't heard it, but I sure hope that's the case. I really love this 30 ounce. Bigger would certainly be better in my book.

The 30 OZ is already dangerous enough for me.  I'm not drunk, I have only had two bourbons!

Guess we'll see what it looks like but I'm pretty happy with my 30 ounce.  If it doesn't fit in my car cup holder I'm probably not buying it.  Of course I reserve the right to change my mind once I see the new one

I, for one, would be all over this.  Would love a YETI Growler to get beer from my local brewery and keep cold at a picnic or get together.

@YEMTrey Hydro Flask makes a 64 oz growler and it is basically the same thing(double-walled SS). I have a couple buddies with one and they get beer for precisely what you are talking about. We're looking forward to a tailgate where we'll have tapped beer. 

The only issue with them is that they don't have the Surgeon General Warning(which growlers typically have) so my one buddy had some push back at a brewery who wouldn't fill without that. He got around it by printing out the warning and taping to the side of the growler. No issues since.

My buddies run a small brewery here on the South Side of Atlanta.....  This will be happening!!!!  Gotta go with the copper to go with the southern moonshine heritage!!!

if you need more capacity this company makes a 128 and there is a tapping system thats sold separately. doesnt have the same charm as the other though

@DaveRichardson - what is the name of the brewery on the South side of Atlanta?  Do you know if they supply any of their beer to places in Northeast GA?

@freedog74 - Jail House Brewing out of Hampton. They are about 2 miles from Atlanta motor speedway. Built in the old city jail and they have all their brews jail-themed. Conjugal Visit Red, Mugshot IPA, Breakout Stout, etc.

I have a couple insulated growlers. they are fantastic if you are going to drink that day... but what if you want to keep cold over the weekend? Putting the insulated growler in the fridge doesn't make sense. I end up using a glass growler when I know I won't be drinking that day.

@eggcelsior I roll with a 40 oz hydro ask at work for daily water.  They are sweet. No yeti here yet to compare to

@U_tarded I'm about to go hog wild with hydro flask. I get a discount so I'm going to stock up on a 40 and some 20's for coffee/tea. The big advantage over Yeti is the fact that you have interchangeable, sealing lids. No spills or leaks.

i have 2 40s one I keep at home and one at work.  My wife has a 32 she rolls everywhere with that she put the straw lid on.  They are pretty legit.

I don't usually contribute much, but I couldn't help it, we (@swordsmn and I) have the 30 & 20 ouncers, all Doug (@swordsmn) drinks out of each night is the 30 ounce. We use a tervis. Tumbler 24 oz. handle to work on it.
