According to an on line flyer this morning ACE is now a source for all YETI products. Same MSRP as elsewhere, but being ACE then more widely available to the yet unconvinced amongst us!

The ACE here in Titusville, FL carries all of the YETI products as well as BGE.  They have the eggs but are a little short on the accessories.  Their prices are a little higher than the other local dealer here, but neither of the two are close to the lower prices at Wassi's in Melbourne.

I have the 45 and 75 only because I got them at wholesale cost. Grizzly and Pelican are probably the best bang for the buck.

Guess I should clarify that the products are available as a free "ship to store for pick up" rather than to go there and expect to find them in stock.

My wife and I can't say enough about the Yeti Rambler cups! OMG are they impressive in keeping ice for long periods of time. There are other manufacturers of doubled walled stainless that that cost far, far less. But we both say they Yeti Rambler cups (and Coldster) are Goods As Promised and a good value even at their ridiculous high price.

Yeti Coolers? Disappointing and not worth the money. We have had a Roadie for a couple years now. We love the handle. We love the rubber feet. We love the extra thick/tough walls; thick enough to support the $20 bottle opener we screwed into the front of it.

But do the coolers keep ice longer? Not that we've seen, and the longer length they may keep ice does NOT substantiate the 3 to 4 times more cost than a standard Igloo/Colman/Whatever cooler. Now, reading Yeti instructions; if you prime your cooler and then load it with dry ice will it last for days in the hot summer sun??? Perhaps, but the reality is we just want to dump some ice into it from our freezer, load in some beers, and then do what we are going to do.

@bobroo   The way you indicate you use a cooler an Igloo or Coleman will work just fine.  The Yetis and others like them are designed for those who need to keep the items in their coolers cold for longer times - think 2-3 days of camping or out on the boat. They are overkill for day use.

  • My Ace has had Yeti for a couple of years.  Picked up the big Rambler there earlier in the summer with a $10 off coupon.

I have to disagree here. I filled my 20 up with ice last Saturday afternoon and it sat in my garage closed and Thursday morning it still had a couple pieces of ice floating in it. My Coleman that holds twice the ice would have had no ice left on Tuesday.

Also, keep in mind that the roadie doesn't have the same insulation as the tundra series

I just picked up a Hopper 30 from ACE.

I got it for sports games, the pool, and parties.  Was it necessary?  Nope.  Does it make me smile.  Yup ;)

I have tried lots of soft sided coolers.  None of them fit the bill.  Decided to step up to the plate and just buy one more.

Don't tell your problems to people.  80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.
