First Prime Rib

My dad usually makes prime for the holidays and I've always wanted to do one myself, especially now that I have an egg. Finally got around to it. Roast marinated in 2 parts olive oil, 1 part Worcestershire for 2 days, then rubbed with fresh pressed garlic, diced thyme and rosemary, then sprinkled with Organics steak seasoning and then my own coffee/spice blend. I forgot to take a photo of the intact roast after it was done. Perhaps the best Prime Rib I have ever had.

Cooked at 225 for 3.5 hrs when I realized it was at 124 internal and I still had 1 hour to go until my Parents arrived for dinner. So i took it off and wrapped in tin foil until they arrived. Cranked the heat up to about 450 before they arrived and threw the roast back on, except direct this time to help get a good crust. Pulled it off at 135 internal
